Kennedy Chidozie Ibeh is a distinguished Nigerian lawyer, philanthropist, and politician who has devoted his career to public service, human rights, and social welfare. He made history as the first indigene of Imo State to be elected three times into the State House of Assembly, where he later served as Speaker. Renowned for his detribalized and empathetic style of leadership, Ibeh has consistently worked to improve the living conditions of his constituents and uphold the principles of justice and equality.
Beyond politics, his legal career is marked by a strong commitment to human rights advocacy, with numerous pro bono cases that restored the fundamental rights of accused persons. His passion for social justice also extends to healthcare, where he pioneered hospital detention intervention programs, negotiating and paying medical bills for patients unlawfully detained. This effort inspired him to sponsor the Bill for a Law to Prohibit Medical Detention in Imo State, a landmark move that drew significant recognition from stakeholders.
Barr. Ibeh’s philanthropic spirit is further embodied in his role as Founder and Chairman of the Patients Trauma Relief and Rights Advocacy Initiative PATTRRAI, a non-governmental organization dedicated to combating medical negligence, alleviating patient trauma, and advancing patient rights. Through this platform and his broader public engagements, he continues to champion the cause of the vulnerable, guided by values of empathy, justice, and equality.

Kelechi Onyegbule holds a Bachelors Degree in Law, Bachelors in Theology, Master of Laws Degree in Oil and Gas, and a Doctorate Degree in Medical Law. He is the Head of Department of Public and Private Law, and the Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies, Faculty of Law, Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu Alike Ikwo, Ebonyi State. He is a Member of the American Management Association, New York, USA, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. Kelechi is a Fellow of the Institute of Medical and Health Law Nigeria and one of the leading Medicolegal Consultants in Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers, Nigerian Bar Association, and Nigerian Association of Artificial Intelligence Law Practitioners.He started his law practice at Advanced Chambers (Owerri), and later moved to Naths Epelle & Co (Owerri) before founding Leeds Legal; a Law Firm of Professors of Law as Partners and Associates. At Advance Chambers, Kelechi rose to become the Head of Chambers, which gave him the opportunity to sharpen his office management skills

Tobechi Nkemdirim Agumadu (Mrs.) hails from Amakohia Uratta in Owerri North Local Government Area, Imo State. She is a Chief Magistrate in Imo State since 2013; called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 after graduating from Imo State University in 2000, where she obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree (B.L).
In the year 2021, she obtained her Masters Degree in Law (LL.M) and is currently a Ph.D candidate at Imo State University.
She is an Associate Member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and an Associate member of the Institute of chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria.
She has authored articles in reputable law journals and attended many conferences and workshops on law and its development in Nigeria.
She loves to socialise and is actively involved in social reforms at the family, community, and church level. She is happily married and the union is blessed with four amazing children.

Rt. Rev. Dr. Godson Godson Ukanwa is a distinguished Anglican Bishop, renowned scholar, theologian, and academic of repute, with a profound record of leadership in the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) and in public service within Imo State, Nigeria. A visionary ecclesiastical leader and intellectual, he combines spiritual depth with academic excellence, holding two doctorate degrees that affirm his commitment to rigorous scholarship and theological advancement. Over the years, he has served the Church of Nigeria in various strategic and leadership capacities, contributing immensely to doctrinal development, pastoral formation, and institutional growth. As Bishop of the Diocese of Isi Mbano, he has championed spiritual renewal, infrastructural transformation, and community empowerment through education, health, and social initiatives.
Beyond the pulpit, Rt. Rev. Dr. Ukanwa has demonstrated exceptional leadership in state and community governance, offering wise counsel and lending his expertise to civic and policy engagements in Imo State. His intellectual contributions as a theologian and academic have inspired many, while his pastoral sensitivity and administrative acumen continue to impact lives across the ecclesiastical and secular spectrum.
